As of Feb. 1, 2012 all Life Scouts will now need to use the new Eagle Application and Eagle Workbook in order to receive approval by the District Advancement Chairman, Bob Smith. Any Life Scouts that have already received approval on the old application will be able to continue to work on his Eagle Project using the old workbook. Life Scouts should call Mr. Smith, 908-735-7276, when they believe they have a worthy Eagle project to be considered. District verbal approval will be done by Mr. Smith. Life Scouts must submit pages 6-10 from the Eagle Workbook after the first three signatures are obtained with a self-addressed postage stamp envelope to: Mr. Robert B. Smith
